Anthony Daoudi

I am a bilingual language and literature educator with over two decades of international classroom experience. My career has centred on English instruction — from teaching English Language and Literature across secondary and post-secondary levels in France and Singapore to leading department-wide curriculum and assessment initiatives. I also bring deep expertise in French language pedagogy, having taught IB MYP and Diploma Programme French in some of Canada's leading independent schools.

I bring an entrepreneurial spirit to every classroom I enter — constantly seeking out new research, experimenting with innovative approaches, and designing learning experiences that genuinely engage students in language acquisition. Whether it is prototyping a new unit structure, piloting AI-supported feedback workflows, or rethinking how grammar instruction connects to authentic communication, I am energised by the pursuit of what works and why.

I am particularly passionate about the integration of technology and AI in education. Through hands-on work with tools such as Flint, Brisk, and MagicSchool, and as a certified Apple Learning Coach, I help educators move from curiosity to confident practice — always keeping critical thinking and academic integrity at the centre.

My teaching philosophy is grounded in inclusive, engaging learning environments where students develop not only academic proficiency but also the confidence, cultural awareness, and communication skills needed to thrive in an interconnected world.
