I design learning systems that connect policy, pedagogy, and student experience. I have taught for 20 years across France, Singapore, and Canada. I lead IB Diploma curriculum redesigns, co-author national textbooks, and guide teacher development programs across regions.
I teach IBDP French at an IB school in Toronto (2024-2025) while building Bespoke Learning Solutions, a tutoring and coaching venture serving IB and AP students on three continents. My work begins with classroom observation, rapid prototyping, and evidence gathered alongside teachers and students. This includes curriculum maps, assessment tools, and resources for families and schools.
I use design thinking to ground my practice: observe learners, identify constraints, prototype transparently, and iterate based on evidence. This approach helped language departments center previously marginalized voices, led to custom LMS and portfolio tools, and produced free resources that families and schools use in their classrooms.
I am fluent in English and French, certified by the Ontario College of Teachers, and hold credentials from Harvard Graduate School of Education and Queen's University leadership programs. I continue learning through professional development in AI and educational technology.
Connect curriculum, assessment, and professional learning so every change is supported.
Prototype in classrooms, collect data, and scale only what demonstrably works.
Center student identity, especially Francophone communities across Africa, the Caribbean, and Indigenous contexts.
Share guides, templates, and workshops so families and schools can act right away.
