- Expand peer feedback to include cross-departmental partnerships

- Develop a shared resource bank of culturally responsive French materials
- Present findings at a school-wide professional learning day
2027-28: Sustainable Excellence
- Establish the feedback cycle as a sustainable, self-running department practice
- Mentor other departments in implementing collaborative feedback
- Publish findings or present at educational conferences
- Integrate student voice data into school-wide improvement planning
