    How to Use These Tools

These tools are designed to be flexible and adaptable to your context. Here are some suggestions for getting started:

    1

    Start Small

Choose one tool to begin with. The Student Voice Survey is a great starting point because it gives you immediate, actionable data about your students' experiences.

    2

    Adapt to Your Context

Modify questions, add items, or adjust the format to fit your specific teaching context and student population. These tools are templates, not prescriptions.

    3

    Share and Discuss

Bring your data to peer feedback meetings. Discussing patterns and insights with colleagues multiplies the value of every piece of data you collect.
